- I set an alarm on my phone so I wake up earlier instead of later when most of the day is gone and I have no time to do what I want to do.
- Go to bed earlier so I wake up earlier and feel more refreshed for the day.
- More active throughout the day
I have set an alarm on my phone and am prepared to wake up earlier and stop procrastinating on what I have planned to do.
I need to de-clutter the house. I really need to go through my stuff because I found a pair of jeans that will not fit me ever again I am talking a few sizes a go. I also have a whole lot a crap that I don't need anymore. It just is sad of how much of a hoarder I am. A pack rat I keep everything a lot of the stuff brings back so seriously good time memories.
Of well, I guess it is time get rid of the stuff that is useless and some of the useful stuff that I don't use as much. Wow, I am nervous.
